°Our products are handcrafted using high-quality stearling silver and gemstones. Slight variations in color or small natural imperfections are not considered manufacturing defects.

°Products are accepted for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition.

°Since all products are final sales, we do not accept refunds.

°We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost/stolen packages once the order has been delivered by the shipping company.

°Any exchange, the buyer must bring the item to our store in Mexico City or cover the corresponding shipping costs.
